Job Description

Position Overview:

Permanent HR Manager role in Dubai seeking a professional to drive employee experience and ensure organizational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion organizational culture and values

Manage comprehensive employee onboarding

Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law

Monitor employee satisfaction

Collaborate with leadership on workforce strategies

Create and implement HR policies

Support talent acquisition efforts

Required Qualifications:

Currently based in Dubai

Extensive onboarding experience

Thorough knowledge of UAE Labour Law

Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration

Strong communication and strategic skills

Preferred Attributes:

HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD)

Sports background (advantageous)

Multilingual capabilities
