We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all human resources operations and implementing effective HR strategies aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Oversee employee relations, performance management, and development

Handle compensation, benefits administration, and payroll

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations

Lead training and development initiatives

Requirements:

6+ years of HR management experience, preferably in commercial environments

HR qualification preferred

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
