Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement programs to improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention, promoting a motivated workforce.
Lead talent acquisition and onboarding to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Maintain systems for continuous feedback, goal setting, and professional growth within the team.
Create and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance and best practices, fostering an inclusive work environment.
Act as a trusted advisor, managing conflicts, addressing grievances, and supporting productive workplace relationships.
Identify training needs and implement programs for skills development across all levels.
Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion for a welcoming workplace.
Requirements:
Experience: 6+ years as an HR Manager within tourism or hospitality, with deep knowledge of sector-specific HR practices.
Employee Engagement Focus: Demonstrated success in implementing effective engagement strategies.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and problem-solve with a proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Flexibility to adjust HR strategies in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with UAE employment laws and regulations preferred.
