Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop our human resources function, supporting our growing team in the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will combine strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives

Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions within the entertainment sector

Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development

Oversee compensation and benefits administration

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations

Design and implement training and development programs

Handle workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies

Maintain HR systems, records, and documentation

Lead employee engagement initiatives and cultural development

Manage grievance procedures and disciplinary actions

Coordinate with government authorities for visa processing and labor-related matters

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager

Experience in the entertainment/events industry is highly preferred

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and employment regulations

Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office Suite

Excellent command of both English and Arabic (written and verbal)

Experience in managing end-to-end HR operations
