Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department within a car leasing/rental subsidiary of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems, focusing on Recruitment, HR Operations, Training & Development, Rewards, and Performance Management. A key aspect of this role will be ensuring compliance with Saudization requirements and addressing associated challenges.

Note: This position is open to Saudi Nationals only in accordance with Saudization regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy Development:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives and goals.

Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and drive initiatives that support business growth.

Monitor industry trends to ensure HR practices remain competitive and compliant with Saudi labor laws.

Recruitment and Talent Management:

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent within Saudi Arabia.

Develop strategies to meet Saudization targets and address associated challenges.

Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Employee Relations:

Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in accordance with company policies and Saudi labor laws.

Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.

Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure the company’s offerings are aligned with industry standards.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Implement leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

Manage HR-related risks, including those related to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR practices to identify and mitigate risks.

Policy Development:

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the company's culture and values.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate HR Management.

Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.

Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy development.

Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Other:

Due to Saudization regulations, only Saudi Nationals can be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: SAR 13,000 to 15,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
