Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership and Department Setup: The HR Lead will play a pivotal role in designing and establishing the company’s HR structure from the ground up. This position calls for a self-driven professional capable of creating frameworks that align with organizational objectives, ensuring HR functions are both compliant and scalable. The candidate will be responsible for implementing foundational HR systems, policies, and practices that support sustainable business growth.

Policy Creation and Compliance Management: The HR Lead will develop, document, and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that meet UAE labour law requirements. You will serve as the company’s internal compliance expert, ensuring all employment-related practices align with legal standards while maintaining a fair, transparent, and employee-centered approach across the organization.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Excellence: A core aspect of the role involves leading recruitment efforts and supporting department heads in hiring top talent. You will create structured recruitment pipelines, manage candidate screening, and oversee the full onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Your approach will set the tone for a professional, inclusive, and welcoming work environment.

Performance and Engagement Development: The HR Lead will introduce performance management systems that promote accountability, motivation, and career development. You will design employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs that strengthen morale and align with company values. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and empathetic, fostering a culture of mutual respect and continuous improvement.

Organizational Culture and Leadership Support: As the HR department’s founding member, you will help shape and maintain the company culture by balancing business needs with employee well-being. You will act as an advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, retention strategies, and long-term talent development while ensuring a positive and collaborative workplace.

Operational Efficiency and Record Management: You will oversee all HR operations, including attendance tracking, employee records, documentation, and HR system management. The HR Lead will ensure accurate and up-to-date records for audits, internal reviews, and management reports. Attention to detail and organizational excellence are key aspects of this responsibility.
