Job Overview: We are offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team as HR Interns in Dubai. This internship is designed to provide recent graduates in Business Administration with hands-on exposure to key human resources functions. Over the course of three months, interns will gain real-world insights into HR operations while contributing to meaningful projects that shape employee experiences.

Learning & Development Exposure: During this internship, you will receive structured training and mentorship in various HR functions such as employee onboarding, payroll support, HR documentation, and policy administration. This immersive experience will allow you to build essential skills while working alongside experienced HR professionals in a corporate environment.

HR Operations Support: Interns will assist in managing HR records, maintaining employee databases, and coordinating with departments to ensure compliance with HR policies. You will also play a role in updating HR systems, supporting payroll processes, and learning the fundamentals of labor laws applicable in the UAE.

Recruitment & Onboarding: One of your core responsibilities will be supporting the recruitment team by scheduling interviews, screening applications, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires. This experience will equip you with essential skills in talent acquisition and employee engagement, preparing you for future HR roles.

Team Collaboration: As an HR Intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to better understand organizational structures and dynamics. You will also engage in team meetings, provide administrative support, and contribute to HR-related projects that improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
