Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.

Performance Management: Support performance review processes and assist in managing employee performance issues.

Onboarding: Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the company.

Training: Organize and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and development.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, and keep up-to-date with changes in legislation.

HR Records: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience with a solid understanding of HR principles and labor laws.

Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, attention to detail.

Certifications (Preferred): SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
