Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our semi-government client through Kingston Stanley. This role is focused on Emiratisation and offers a competitive salary in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues.

Manage HR records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of HR experience.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Open to candidates with Family Book or Marsoom.

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
