Job Description

Role Summary:  This role is designed for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage core human resource functions while supporting organizational growth. The HR Generalist will act as a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and align with business objectives in a professional corporate environment.

Recruitment and Onboarding: The position involves handling end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes. The HR Generalist ensures new hires are integrated effectively through structured orientation, documentation, and communication, creating a positive employee experience from day one.

Employee Relations Management:  This role requires managing employee relations by addressing concerns, maintaining attendance records, and handling day-to-day HR queries. The HR Generalist plays an important role in fostering a healthy work culture by ensuring fair treatment, clear communication, and consistent application of company policies.

HR Documentation and Records:  The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, employee files, contracts, and confidential documentation. Strong organizational skills are essential to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and easy access to HR information when required by management or regulatory authorities.

Compliance and Labor Law:  A key responsibility of this role is ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies. The HR Generalist stays updated on legal requirements, supports audits, and ensures HR practices meet statutory obligations while minimizing organizational risk.

Policy Implementation Support:  The role supports management in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization. This includes communicating policy updates, assisting with performance management processes, and ensuring consistent HR standards are followed across departments.
