Job Description
Role Overview: The HR Generalist will manage human resource operations across the UAE and UK, ensuring effective execution of HR policies and procedures. This role requires a professional capable of handling both operational and strategic HR responsibilities while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: The selected candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes. Experience in talent acquisition for multiple countries, particularly UAE and UK, is highly valuable for this position.
HR Operations Management: The role involves overseeing HR operations such as employee records management, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and policy implementation. The HR Generalist will ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently, supporting both operational needs and management decisions.
Strategic HR Responsibilities: The candidate will contribute to strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning, employee engagement programs, and performance management. By aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, the HR Generalist will support long-term growth and development objectives.
Policy Compliance and Governance: This position requires monitoring and enforcing HR policies, ensuring adherence to UAE and UK labor regulations. The HR Generalist will advise management on compliance matters, provide guidance on best practices, and mitigate HR-related risks.
Communication and Coordination: Strong communication skills are required to liaise with employees, management, and external stakeholders. The HR Generalist will serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries, resolve employee concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.
