Job Title: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at Sun Packaging Systems, part of the TPAC Group, located in Sharjah (SAIF Zone). This role is ideal for someone with solid UAE HR experience who can handle a wide range of responsibilities across employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities: As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring policies are adhered to, and supporting both management and employees. You will be directly involved in recruitment, payroll coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes to maintain smooth HR operations.

Employee Relations & Communication: You will act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace issues, ensuring positive communication channels between staff and management. By fostering strong relationships, you will play a vital role in maintaining a healthy and productive work environment.

Recruitment & Onboarding: You will lead the hiring process by posting vacancies, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and finalizing offers. Additionally, you will oversee onboarding and induction programs to help new employees integrate seamlessly into the company culture.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintaining compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processing, and HR documentation will be one of your core duties. This includes managing employment contracts, updating HR records, preparing reports, and supporting audits as required.

Training & Performance: You will support employee development by identifying training needs, maintaining performance records, and assisting in performance reviews. Partnering with line managers, you will ensure employee growth aligns with organizational objectives.
