Job Overview: Cinemacity is looking for an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end human resources functions across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for HR professionals who enjoy a dynamic, people-focused role.
Recruitment & Onboarding: You will oversee job postings, screening, and conducting interviews. Additionally, you’ll ensure smooth onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires, fostering a positive first experience for employees.
Employee Relations: Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day employee queries, handling grievances, and promoting workplace harmony. A professional yet approachable demeanor is essential to succeed in this role.
HR Operations: You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Managing payroll inputs and leave records will also be part of your duties.
Policy Development: You will assist in updating HR policies, implementing performance management systems, and ensuring fair HR practices across the organization.
Learning & Development: Supporting staff training initiatives and helping employees enhance their skills will be key to your contribution. You will also help track performance evaluation cycles.
