HR Generalist

Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking an HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition or a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding real estate team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and passionate about building high-performing teams.

Core Responsibility – Talent Acquisition: Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. You will develop job descriptions, advertise positions, and use both traditional and creative channels to attract top talent.

Collaboration and Strategy: Working closely with department heads, you'll understand manpower needs and build a recruitment pipeline. You will also participate in workforce planning and help shape the company’s hiring strategy to meet business goals.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: You will ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. In addition, you'll contribute to employer branding initiatives that reflect our company’s values and vision, making the company a desirable place to work.

HR Support & Administration: Besides recruitment, you will assist in other HR functions such as employee engagement, maintaining employee records, helping with onboarding processes, and updating internal HR documentation as required.

Key Skills & Requirements: The role requires excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with recruitment tools, job boards, LinkedIn sourcing, and HRMS is essential. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices will be highly valued.
