HR Generalist

Job Description

Job Overview: As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the organization’s HR operations within the equipment rental and industrial sector. You’ll be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role is ideal for professionals with a proactive attitude and experience in handling various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining personnel records, overseeing onboarding and exit procedures, assisting with payroll coordination, and supporting recruitment processes. You’ll also ensure accurate documentation and liaise with various department heads to support organizational needs.

Employee Engagement and Relations: You will foster a positive work environment through regular interaction with staff and contribute to employee engagement initiatives. As part of the generalist role, you’ll handle grievances, support conflict resolution, and contribute to a healthy workplace culture through effective HR practices.

Performance & Policy Management:

The HR Generalist will assist in performance appraisal cycles, monitor employee development plans, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor law. You’ll also help drive compliance across all levels of the organization and track policy updates or changes.


Training & Development Support:

You will coordinate with external and internal trainers to facilitate learning sessions and workshops. Identifying skill gaps and proposing training strategies to upskill employees will also be a core part of your responsibilities.


Documentation & Compliance:

Accurate HR documentation will be a major function, including contracts, warning letters, and leave records. Ensuring that internal audits, visa processing, and insurance enrollments are up to date and aligned with company standards is essential.
