The ideal candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, from employee relations to compliance and policy implementation. Core Responsibilities: As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for handling daily HR operations including recruitment support, onboarding, employee engagement, grievance handling, and exit formalities. You will also support compliance with UAE labor laws, assist in HR strategy development, and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping practices are followed across all departments.

HR Operations & Policies: The role requires someone with a deep understanding of HR policies, performance management frameworks, compensation practices, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with HR managers and department heads to implement organizational initiatives and employee support systems.

Employee Relations & Support: A strong focus will be placed on employee satisfaction, conflict resolution, and communication. You will act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, address employee concerns, and coordinate welfare activities that foster a positive and compliant work environment.

Tools & Reporting: The HR Generalist will work with HRIS systems, Microsoft Excel, and performance tracking tools to generate HR reports, update records, and support audits. Experience in streamlining HR processes and proposing operational improvements is a valued asset in this role.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The perfect fit will hold a Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration, with HR certifications such as CIPD, CHRP, CHRM, SHRM, or PHR being a strong advantage. Candidates should bring 3–5 years of UAE experience in HR generalist or operational roles, ideally within the equipment rental, construction, or industrial sectors.
