Job Description
Overview: LC Recruitment is looking for a skilled and resourceful HR Generalist to join our client’s growing team. This is a broad and impactful role where you will handle a full spectrum of HR tasks—from recruitment to compliance—within a fast-paced, collaborative office.
Recruitment: A major part of this role involves end-to-end recruitment support. You will be responsible for creating job postings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS is a big plus.
Onboarding and Orientation: Once employees are hired, you will manage the entire onboarding process—welcoming new hires, guiding them through HR policies, assisting with documentation, and acting as a liaison between staff and leadership to ensure a smooth transition.
Employee Relations: This position requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills to handle employee inquiries, concerns, and feedback. You'll serve as a bridge between employees and management to help maintain a healthy and positive workplace culture.
Compliance and Documentation: You will oversee HR documentation, contract preparation, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. Experience in drafting HR policies and procedures is strongly preferred.
HR Administration: Additional responsibilities include managing leave requests, employee records, performance evaluations, and maintaining confidential personnel files. You should be comfortable handling multiple administrative duties efficiently and professionally.
