Job Description

HR Operations Specialist: As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing the core operational aspects of human resources, ensuring policies and procedures are implemented smoothly and in line with company values. You will act as the go-to person for both management and employees regarding HR-related matters.

Recruitment & Onboarding: You will lead the recruitment process for various departments, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing job offers. You'll also manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Employee Relations: A significant part of this role involves fostering a healthy work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, and promoting open communication channels. Your interpersonal skills will be crucial in maintaining team morale and engagement.

Payroll & Attendance Management: You will handle the preparation and processing of payroll, ensure compliance with UAE wage laws, and manage leave tracking and attendance systems. Precision and confidentiality are essential in this aspect of the job.

Compliance & Labor Law: Keeping up to date with UAE labor law is essential. You’ll ensure that the company remains compliant with all legal obligations, including documentation, contracts, visa procedures, and employee rights.

Performance & Policy Management: Assisting in the implementation of performance evaluation systems and updating HR policies and procedures as needed will be a part of your responsibilities. You will contribute to strategic HR planning and policy development.
