Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of UAE labor laws, payroll processing, and full-cycle recruitment.
Role Summary: As an HR Generalist, you will manage daily HR operations, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support employee relations, performance management, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Recruitment Duties: You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding selected candidates.
Payroll Handling: A key part of the role involves preparing and processing monthly payroll accurately and on time, while maintaining records in accordance with UAE wage protection and labor standards.
Compliance & Policies: You will ensure HR processes align with UAE labor law, keeping updated documentation and supporting audits and legal compliance efforts.
Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures, conflict resolution, and addressing inquiries related to compensation or benefits.
Qualifications Required: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field. At least 2 years of UAE experience in HR is essential, with a minimum of 1 year of payroll handling.
