Overview of the Role

El Nour VF is seeking a dedicated and motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Obour City. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employees, and maintaining compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing employee relations, assisting in recruitment, conducting onboarding, and supporting organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all HR functions and able to work efficiently across multiple HR domains.

Recruitment & Onboarding: The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to interviews and final selection. You will also manage onboarding processes, ensuring new employees are well-integrated into the organization.

HR Compliance & Labor Law: You must have a good understanding of local labor laws and HR practices. Part of your responsibilities will include ensuring all company policies comply with legal regulations and advising staff and management on labor law updates.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You will be expected to communicate effectively with employees and management. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to resolve conflicts, provide support, and foster a positive work environment.

Time Management & Organization: This role requires someone with exceptional time management and organizational skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
