About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in Dubai. This is a key role for a professional with a strong background in human resources, particularly within the manufacturing sector. If you have 5+ years of UAE experience and a passion for driving HR initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational success, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Generalist, you will oversee a wide range of HR functions to support the organization’s goals. Your primary duties will include managing recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will also handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, manage payroll and benefits administration, and support training and development programs.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in HR roles is required, with a preference for candidates from the manufacturing industry. Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM will be an advantage. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
