Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions to support the organization’s goals. You will also handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, is required. Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM will be an advantage. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office is essential.
