We are currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist with expertise in Payroll & Analytics to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers an immediate start opportunity for a skilled professional who can strengthen our HR operations through data-driven insights and efficient payroll management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and comprehensive experience in payroll processing and HR operations. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws, while also analyzing HR data to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

As our HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our HRMS systems, generating detailed reports, and identifying trends in HR metrics. Your responsibilities will include managing employee benefits administration, maintaining personnel records, and conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRMS systems is essential. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and WPS (Wage Protection System) requirements will be highly valuable.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various HR initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with different departments to optimize HR operations.
