Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist with strong expertise in payroll management and data analytics. The ideal candidate will combine traditional HR operations knowledge with technical proficiency in Power BI to drive data-driven HR decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements
Design and develop HR dashboards and reports using Power BI
Handle various HR operations including employee relations, benefits administration, and policy implementation
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and maintain updated HR documentation
Process employee transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, and exits
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain HRIS and employee databases
Address employee queries and provide resolution for HR-related issues
Assist in HR policy development and implementation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist with strong focus on payroll management
Demonstrated expertise in Power BI for creating analytical dashboards
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR regulations
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Power BI
Experience with HR analytics and reporting
Knowledge of payroll processing systems
Familiarity with HRIS platforms
