Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative HR Executive specializing in Training & Development to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's human capital through strategic learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Design and Implementation

Develop comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals

Create engaging and effective learning materials and curricula

Design both technical and soft skills training interventions

Utilize various training methodologies including classroom, digital, and blended learning approaches

Employee Development Strategies

Create and implement strategic employee growth and development plans

Identify and address skill gaps across different departments

Design career progression frameworks

Develop mentorship and coaching programs

Training Needs Assessment

Conduct thorough training needs analysis

Perform comprehensive skills gap assessments

Develop targeted training solutions based on organizational and individual development requirements

Create performance evaluation metrics for training effectiveness

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with department managers to understand specific training needs

Align training programs with departmental and organizational objectives

Provide guidance and support to managers on employee development strategies

Create collaborative learning environments

Program Evaluation and Improvement

Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for training programs

Track and measure training effectiveness

Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders

Continuously improve training methodologies and content

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, specifically in Training & Development

Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs

Strong understanding of learning and development principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in training management systems and e-learning platforms

Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment

Advanced presentation and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications in HR or Training & Development (SHRM, ATD)

Experience in multinational or global organizations

Knowledge of digital learning technologies

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Data analysis and reporting skills

Basic graphic design skills for creating training materials
