HR Executive – Employee Relations

Job Description

Position Overview: The HR Executive – Employee Relations will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace environment, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting HR initiatives related to employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance management.

Employee Relations Management: The candidate will handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. They will ensure that staff concerns are addressed fairly and promptly while promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration.

HR Compliance: The role requires ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices, including accurate maintenance of employee records, contracts, and adherence to company policies. This contributes to risk mitigation and legal compliance for the organization.

Recruitment and Onboarding Support: The HR Executive will assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes by coordinating interviews, verifying documentation, and ensuring a seamless integration of new hires into the company culture.

Performance Management Support: Responsibilities include supporting performance appraisal processes, tracking employee performance metrics, and assisting in the design and implementation of professional development programs that enhance employee skills and engagement.

Reporting and Documentation: The HR Executive will maintain HR records, generate regular reports on employee performance, attendance, and engagement, and ensure that all HR documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
