Job Description:

Artha Realty LLC is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with a focus on Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best employees. This role involves utilizing various sourcing methods, maintaining job postings, and staying updated with industry trends to improve our talent acquisition strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Screening & Interviewing:

Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to identify qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.

Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific roles.

Job Postings & Descriptions:

Create and maintain accurate and compelling job descriptions and job postings to attract suitable candidates.

Ensure job postings are updated and reflect the requirements and expectations of the role.

Sourcing & Pipeline Building:

Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and other innovative techniques, to build a pipeline of passive candidates.

Engage in proactive talent sourcing to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.

Industry Trends & Best Practices:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance the organization's talent acquisition efforts.

Recruitment Metrics & Analysis:

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.

Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve recruitment processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the UAE real estate market.

Professional certifications in talent acquisition or human resources are a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

Proven ability to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific roles.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to talent acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.

Experience working with diverse candidate pools and promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.

Organizational & Time Management:

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Additional Requirements:

Resident visa is a must; candidates on a visit visa need not apply.

A brief experience in the UAE real estate market is advantageous.

Ability to work in a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly Salary:

AED 2,000 - 3,000 ($541 - $811)

Work Environment:

Office located at Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Quoz-1.

Hybrid role with a combination of onsite and remote work.
