Job Title: HR Executive

Salary: 10,000 AED per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team at an international supplier based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess over 4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role within Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company standards.

Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related queries and issues.

Conduct employee orientations and ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.

Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Coordinate and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Support management in the execution of performance reviews and development plans.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

Assist in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role in Dubai.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
