Job Description

Recruitment Support: The HR Executive will assist in recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure an efficient recruitment process.

Onboarding and Documentation: The role involves supporting onboarding processes for new hires, maintaining accurate employee records, and preparing HR letters, contracts, and other employment documentation in line with company policies.

Attendance and HRIS Management: The HR Executive will manage daily attendance, leave tracking, and basic updates in the HRIS system to ensure accurate records and smooth operations across the HR department.

Payroll Assistance: The role includes assisting with payroll inputs, coordinating with the finance team, and ensuring that all employee compensation and benefits are processed accurately and on time.

Employee Engagement and Communication: The HR Executive will coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and activities aimed at maintaining a positive and motivated work environment for all staff.

Performance and Training Support: The HR Executive will assist in organizing performance review processes, tracking training schedules, and supporting HR initiatives that promote employee growth and development.
