Job Description
HR Operations Management – The HR Executive will manage daily HR operations, including employee records, payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking. You will ensure that HR activities are compliant with UAE and KSA labor laws and internal policies, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
Payroll Support and Coordination – You will assist with payroll preparation, verification, and submission for employees across UAE and KSA. This includes calculating allowances, deductions, bonuses, and ensuring timely disbursement while maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
Employee Engagement & Communication – Serve as a point of contact for staff queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and feedback collection to promote a positive workplace environment.
Documentation & Compliance – Maintain organized HR records, prepare necessary reports for management, and ensure adherence to local labor regulations. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to update policies, contracts, and agreements as per UAE and KSA legal requirements.
Reporting & Data Analysis – Generate HR metrics and reports, track KPIs, and support decision-making with actionable insights. Utilize MS Excel extensively for reporting, payroll analysis, and maintaining employee databases efficiently.
Recruitment Assistance – Support recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Ensure a smooth transition for candidates and provide them with relevant HR documentation and guidance.
