Job Description

Role Overview: The HR Executive role is designed for a skilled professional who can support healthcare HR operations with accuracy, structure, and efficiency, ensuring smooth management of staff-related functions within a regulated environment.

Recruitment and Talent Support: The candidate will oversee healthcare recruitment activities by sourcing profiles, coordinating interviews with medical teams, verifying credentials, and ensuring that hiring procedures meet both internal and industry-specific requirements.

Onboarding and Orientation: The HR Executive will manage onboarding processes including preparing joining documents, arranging medical clearances, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees integrate comfortably into the healthcare facility.

HR Operational Activities: This role covers daily HR duties such as updating employee records, processing HRMS entries, preparing HR reports, tracking attendance, managing leave data, and supporting smooth administrative operations.

Employee Relations Management: The candidate will act as a key support for employee queries, maintain positive relationships within the workforce, help resolve concerns, and promote a respectful and compliant working environment aligned with healthcare standards.

Compliance and Labour Regulations: The HR Executive must possess strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law to ensure policies, contracts, disciplinary actions, and HR documentation meet all legal guidelines and industry compliance expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: The role requires active coordination with medical, administrative, and operational departments to streamline HR processes, gather updated staff information, and support workflow efficiency across the organization.
