Job Description

Talent Acquisition Coordination – As an HR Executive, you will lead full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles. You will ensure a strong talent pipeline that aligns with company hiring needs and organizational goals.

Employee Lifecycle Management – You will manage all stages of the employee journey, from onboarding to probation follow-ups and offboarding procedures. Your role will focus on creating seamless transitions, building positive employee experiences, and ensuring timely documentation.

HR Operations Oversight – This position requires handling daily HR operations such as maintaining attendance, updating employee files, processing requests, and supporting internal HR workflows. You will also contribute to policy implementation and compliance checks.

Performance and Development Support – You will assist in performance management processes, coordinate evaluations, track progress, and support training initiatives that help promote continuous improvement and employee growth.

Policy Compliance and Documentation – Your responsibilities will include preparing HR documents, managing contract renewals, updating internal databases, and ensuring all practices are fully aligned with UAE labor regulations and company policies.

Employee Engagement and Communication – You will help foster a collaborative workplace environment by communicating HR updates, addressing employee concerns, and contributing toward engagement activities that enhance morale and retention.
