Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team at UCWF LLC in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: The HR Executive will oversee the implementation of HR policies, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and maintain accurate employee records. You will assist in payroll preparation, manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, and coordinate with management on training and performance evaluation programs. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring smooth HR processes and maintaining a healthy workplace culture.

Employee Relations and Engagement: A major part of your role involves fostering positive relationships with employees and ensuring a supportive work environment. You’ll handle employee concerns, maintain open communication channels, and encourage feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention. Organizing team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives will help promote a strong sense of belonging within the organization.

Recruitment and Onboarding: You will take full responsibility for attracting and hiring top talent that aligns with our company’s vision. From creating compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews and managing orientation sessions, you’ll make sure each new employee experiences a smooth transition into their role. Your ability to identify potential and nurture new hires will directly impact the company’s growth and success.

HR Compliance and Documentation: This role requires strong organizational and compliance skills. You will ensure that all HR documentation—from employment contracts to leave records—meets company and UAE Ministry of Labour (MOL) standards. Accuracy and confidentiality are essential, as you’ll be handling sensitive employee data and ensuring timely updates to all HR systems and records.
