Job Description

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: As an HR Executive, you will manage the complete employee lifecycle including smooth onboarding and systematic offboarding processes. You will be responsible for arranging welcome orientations, collecting new hire documentation, and conducting exit interviews to analyze employee turnover. Your role will help build a welcoming work environment and maintain a positive exit experience.

HR Documentation & Recordkeeping: You will ensure that all HR records and employee files are updated and maintained with accuracy and compliance. This includes maintaining personal files, contract agreements, insurance records, and HR correspondence. Your attention to detail will ensure our organization complies with UAE labor laws and audit requirements.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination: In this role, you will monitor daily attendance and manage leave applications, ensuring accurate data is forwarded for payroll processing. You will coordinate closely with the finance department to address discrepancies and support timely salary disbursements. Your support will help ensure smooth payroll operations for the organization.

Employee Relations & Legal Processing: As an HR Executive, you will be the first point of contact for employee grievances, helping resolve workplace conflicts while fostering a positive culture. You will also handle visa, Emirates ID, labor card processing, renewals, and cancellations in alignment with UAE government regulations.

HR Policy Implementation & Compliance: You will assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring they are consistently followed throughout the organization. Your responsibilities include educating employees on HR guidelines, maintaining legal compliance, and updating policy documentation when required.

Performance Management & Training Support:  You will assist department heads in performance appraisals and ensure timelines are met for evaluations. You will also coordinate internal training programs to enhance employee productivity and development. Supporting continuous improvement is a key part of your role.

Administrative HR Support: In addition to core HR duties, you will support general office administration tasks such as issuing letters (salary, NOC), scheduling meetings, and assisting in organizing HR files. Your role ensures the HR department runs efficiently, supporting both operational and strategic goals.
