Job Description

Team Collaboration and Coordination:

As an HR Executive, you will be working remotely with a dynamic and collaborative HR team. Your primary role will involve coordinating between departments and ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding process. You’ll be the point of contact for HR queries and assist with maintaining team communication and harmony in a work-from-home setting.


Recruitment and Selection: You will support the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. The role requires prompt response time, professional communication, and an ability to assess the right fit for various departments under tight deadlines.

Employee Onboarding: The HR Executive will handle the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring proper documentation, orientation, and system setup. A significant part of your role will involve creating a welcoming virtual environment and providing all necessary resources for employees to begin their journey confidently.

HR Operations Support: You’ll assist in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, tracking attendance, managing leave policies, and supporting HR compliance documentation. Your accuracy and attention to detail will play a key role in supporting the company’s HR backbone.

Performance Monitoring & Feedback: You will collaborate with managers to help implement performance appraisal systems, gather employee feedback, and follow up on training and development initiatives. Your contributions will directly influence employee engagement and career development within the company.

Policy Adherence and Employee Engagement: You’ll help ensure HR policies are up to date and implemented consistently. Supporting team-building activities, recognition programs, and remote employee engagement strategies will also fall under your responsibilities to enhance the employee experience.

Reporting & Analysis: You’ll be required to prepare basic HR analytics and reports, such as hiring status, attrition, and employee engagement data. Your analytical skills will help in forecasting HR needs and improving internal processes.
