Position Overview

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our expanding team in Dubai, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals who are passionate about driving people-centric strategies and contributing to a thriving organizational culture. This position is open to immediate joiners currently based in the UAE who are ready to step into a challenging and rewarding role in Human Resources.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field. A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation is essential. Candidates with a proven track record in UAE-based organizations will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR duties including but not limited to talent acquisition, onboarding, performance evaluation coordination, employee engagement initiatives, disciplinary procedures, and HR documentation management. You will also ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies, acting as a reliable point of contact for employee queries and HR matters.

Location and Joining Availability

This role is based in Dubai, one of the UAE’s most vibrant and fast-paced cities. Please note that this position is strictly for immediate joiners within the UAE. Candidates who are not currently available to join immediately will not be considered for this vacancy. This requirement ensures that we can integrate the new team member promptly into our ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
