DRA Global is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Specialist to join our GCC Talent Acquisition team in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in sourcing top-tier engineering and technical professionals for major energy and infrastructure projects across the region.

Sector-Specific Talent Acquisition

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for critical roles in oil & gas, renewable energy, and large-scale infrastructure. Your deep industry knowledge will enable precise candidate matching for technical and leadership positions.

Strategic Sourcing

The role demands innovative approaches to identify passive candidates – from upstream engineers to project managers. Your network within the energy sector will be instrumental in building specialized talent pipelines.

Stakeholder Partnership

Collaborating closely with project leaders, you’ll translate complex technical requirements into effective hiring strategies. Your consultative approach will align recruitment with operational timelines and business objectives.

Candidate Experience Management

You’ll ensure a professional recruitment journey for high-demand technical professionals. Your ability to articulate project specifics and career opportunities will differentiate our employer brand.

Market Intelligence

Your ongoing analysis of talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor movements will inform our hiring strategies. These insights will help address skill shortages in the GCC energy sector.

Compliance & Onboarding

You’ll ensure all hires meet regional labor regulations and client-specific requirements. Your coordination will facilitate smooth onboarding for expatriate and local hires alike.

Candidate Profile

We require:

  • 5+ years technical recruitment experience
  • Oil & Gas/Energy/Infrastructure sector expertise
  • GCC market knowledge
  • Engineering recruitment background preferred
  • Degree in HR or related field
