HR Executive

Job Description

Recruitment: You will handle end-to-end hiring processes, from posting job ads to onboarding.

Employee Records: You will maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation.

Policies & Compliance: You will ensure HR practices are compliant with UAE labor laws.

Independence: You will manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Admin Support: You will support general administrative operations and HR-related queries.

Payroll Coordination: You will assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking.

Reporting: You will prepare periodic HR reports and submit updates to management.

Employee Relations: You will handle grievances and maintain a positive work culture.
