HR Executive

Job Description

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: You will manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding new hires. You will also develop job descriptions aligned with role requirements, conduct reference checks, and manage employment contracts.

Employee Relations and Onboarding: You will coordinate new employee onboarding and induction, ensuring proper documentation and smooth integration. You will also handle conflict resolution and employee grievances when necessary.

HR Operations and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date employee records, support HR documentation processes, and ensure all activities are compliant with company policies and UAE labor regulations. You will also participate in periodic salary reviews.

Performance Management and Reporting: You will assist in conducting performance evaluations, maintain documentation, generate HR reports, and contribute to the development of training and improvement plans.
