Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to join our team and drive our human resources initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment and a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

Coordinate and conduct interviews

Create and execute onboarding programs for new employees

Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting

HR Administration

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

Manage HR databases and HRIS

Process payroll and benefits administration

Implement and update HR policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws

Handle employee documentation and contracts

Employee Relations

Address employee queries and grievances

Foster positive workplace relationships

Conduct exit interviews

Mediate workplace conflicts

Promote company culture and values

Performance Management

Coordinate performance appraisal processes

Track employee performance metrics

Support managers in performance management

Maintain performance documentation

Assist in developing improvement plans

Training & Development

Identify training needs

Coordinate training programs

Track training completion and effectiveness

Maintain training records

Support career development initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1-2 years experience in HR Management

Strong focus on recruitment

Knowledge of UAE labor laws

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
