Position Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for comprehensive human resources management, focusing on recruitment, employee record maintenance, benefits administration, and ensuring strict compliance with UAE labor regulations. This role is crucial in supporting our company's human capital strategies and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for the organization

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation

Administer employee benefits and compensation programs

Ensure strict compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations

Support employee onboarding and orientation processes

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Coordinate performance management activities

Handle employee relations and resolve HR-related queries

Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation

Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the United Arab Emirates

In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws and employment regulations

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

HR certification (SHRM, PHR)

Experience in shipping or logistics industry

Advanced knowledge of HR management software

Bilingual capabilities (Arabic and English)

Technical Skills:

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

HR Information Systems
