About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Handle visa processing and documentation for employees in accordance with UAE regulations
Oversee employee insurance policies, benefits administration, and related documentation
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation using HRMS
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
Conduct performance management processes and maintain evaluation systems
Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement
Monitor attendance, leave management, and time-tracking systems
Assist in workplace safety compliance and maintain related documentation
Generate HR reports and analytics for management review
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR regulations
Proficiency in HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems
Excellent understanding of visa processing and PRO-related activities
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Advanced MS Office skills
Preferred Qualifications
Professional HR certifications (SHRM/CIPD)
Arabic language proficiency
Experience in a multinational corporate environment
Knowledge of UAE insurance policies and procedures

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
