About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various human resources functions while contributing to building a positive workplace culture and ensuring efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements

Manage job postings and recruitment channels

Conduct reference checks and background verifications

Employee Relations

Handle employee queries and concerns

Maintain employee records and documentation

Support new employee onboarding processes

Assist in performance management processes

Help organize employee engagement activities

HR Administration

Process HR-related documentation

Maintain HR databases and filing systems

Update employee records and information

Handle attendance and leave management

Prepare HR reports and analytics

Policy & Compliance

Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Support visa and immigration processes

Maintain confidential employee information

Help update HR policies as needed

Training & Development

Coordinate training programs and workshops

Maintain training records and documentation

Assist in identifying training needs

Support employee development initiatives

Track training effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR role

Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
