Hiring HR Executive (Trading & Real Estate)

Salary: AED 6 -7K

Location: Dubai

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in trading and real estate companies in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the unique HR challenges within the trading and real estate sectors in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

-Employee Relations:

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.

Facilitate effective communication between management and employees to address issues and promote a positive work culture.

Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and loyalty within the organization.

-Performance Management:

Establish performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

Work closely with managers to identify performance gaps and develop strategies for improvement.

Ensure fair and consistent application of performance management policies and procedures.

-Training and Development:

Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives to support employee development.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend adjustments as needed..

-Handle employee disciplinary actions and grievances in accordance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

-3-4 yrs experience as an HR Executive in trading and real estate companies in the UAE.

-In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.

-Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
