Job Overview:

We are seeking a competent and dynamic HR Executive to join our client's team in Dubai, responsible for supporting various human resources functions and contributing to the organization's talent management strategies. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in human resources within a dynamic Dubai-based organization, supporting key HR functions and contributing to the company's human capital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Support performance management activities

Coordinate employee relations and engagement initiatives

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Manage employee communication and documentation

Support payroll and compensation-related tasks

Prepare HR reports and analytics

Assist in training and development programs

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations

Requirements:

2-3 years of HR experience

Mandatory UAE work experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Strong understanding of HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

SHRM or other HR certification

Experience in UAE-based organizations

Knowledge of local labor regulations

Bilingual skills (English and Arabic)
