Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Star Ocean Shipping LLC. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
• Handle employee documentation and maintain personnel files
• Process visa applications and renewals for employees
• Administer payroll and benefits programs
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
• Maintain HR databases and HRIS systems
• Handle employee relations and grievance matters
• Coordinate performance evaluation processes
• Manage leave administration and attendance records
• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
• Prepare HR reports and analytics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience with HRIS systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR certification (SHRM/CIPD)
• Experience in shipping or logistics industry
• Arabic language skills
• Knowledge of UAE free zone regulations
