About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive UAE HR experience and will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations while supporting organizational growth and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

Handle complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit

Manage visa processing and documentation

Coordinate with PRO services for government-related procedures

Maintain employee records and HR database

Performance & Compensation

Administer Performance Management System (PMS)

Process monthly payroll and benefits

Manage attendance and leave systems

Generate and analyze HR reports

Ensure WPS compliance

Talent Management

Drive recruitment and selection processes

Conduct job interviews and assessments

Coordinate training and development programs

Manage employee engagement initiatives

Handle employee relations and grievances

Required Qualifications

3-4 years of HR experience in UAE

Strong knowledge of UAE labor law

Experience with HRMS and payroll systems

Proficiency in MS Office suite

Excellent communication skills in English

Understanding of WPS requirements

Experience in handling employee visas and PRO services
