Job Specifications & Responsibilities (Detailed):
Experience Required:
3-4 years of hands-on experience in the Human Resources field.
Proven HR experience within the UAE, with an understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
Oversee the complete employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to exits and offboarding processes.
Manage employee records, contracts, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Performance Management System (PMS):
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
Track, evaluate, and provide feedback to employees on their performance.
Assist in setting performance goals and development plans.
Payroll Management:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Manage payroll-related queries, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
Comply with UAE wage protection system (WPS) and labor laws.
Attendance and Leave Management:
Monitor and manage employee attendance, leaves (annual, sick, maternity, etc.), and absences.
Ensure that leave balances and entitlements are accurately recorded and updated.
HR Reporting:
Prepare detailed HR reports such as headcount, turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction.
Track and analyze key HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Employee Relations:
Address employee grievances, disputes, and conflicts in a professional manner.
Foster a positive workplace environment and maintain employee morale.
Organize and conduct employee engagement activities.
Talent Acquisition:
Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Source candidates through various channels and liaise with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while maintaining candidate experience.
Staff Development & Training:
Identify training needs and oversee staff development initiatives.
Organize and facilitate in-house and external training programs.
Track employee progress in development plans and skills enhancement.
Immediate Availability:
The candidate must be able to join immediately and start contributing to the team without delay.
