Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our human resources department and drive strategic initiatives that support organizational goals. The successful candidate will oversee all HR functions and collaborate closely with senior leadership to implement effective people strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Execute HR strategy across all core areas including recruitment, employee relations, workforce administration, engagement, payroll, and recognition programs

Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives

Manage, improve, and optimize HR systems and departmental budgets

Develop and implement HR policies, processes, training initiatives, and surveys to support compliance and strategic goals

HR Operations Management:

Administer comprehensive HR programs covering compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary matters, performance management, talent development, and occupational health and safety

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and other issues

Mitigate risks to the business while supporting both employees and managers

Design and oversee performance appraisal systems that drive high performance

Talent Development:

Assess training needs and develop appropriate programs

Manage the onboarding process for new employees

Lead initiatives to enhance company culture, employee engagement, and satisfaction

Implement recognition programs that motivate and retain top talent

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinker with proven problem-solving abilities

Experience in managing HR in multinational or regional organizations

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
