Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead our human resources function in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our HR strategy, managing key HR processes, and supporting the organization's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals

Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand and support business objectives

Manage the entire HR department and its core functional areas

Workforce Management

Lead recruitment, employee relations, workforce administration, and talent acquisition efforts

Implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies

Manage the HR budget and optimize resource allocation

Compliance and Policy Development

Ensure strict adherence to UAE labor laws and international HR best practices

Design, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures

Maintain comprehensive understanding of legal requirements and organizational compliance

Performance and Talent Management

Design and oversee a robust performance appraisal system

Develop and implement talent management initiatives

Create and manage recognition and reward programs

Employee Development

Assess training needs across the organization

Plan, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs

Manage comprehensive onboarding processes for new employees

Employee Relations

Act as a bridge between management and employees

Address grievances, disputes, and potential workplace conflicts

Mitigate organizational risks through proactive employee relations strategies

Compensation and Benefits

Administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs

Oversee payroll processing

Develop competitive compensation strategies

Qualifications:

University degree in Human Resources (MUST)

Minimum 8-10 years of post-qualification HR experience

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws

Strong understanding of HR best practices

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
